Through gentle movement, conscious breathing and immersive sound, this experience creates space to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, seeking clarity or simply craving deep rest, this evening offers an opportunity to slow down and nourish your nervous system.
