There’s something powerful about being around horses. They don’t judge. They don’t expect you to have it all together. They respond to how you’re feeling in the moment, inviting you to slow down, become present and reconnect with yourself. This supportive and therapeutic group offers women the opportunity to spend time outdoors, connect with horses and meet other women in a relaxed, welcoming environment. 🌿 Breathe. Slow down. Reconnect.
