Sunday Sunset Reset 🌅 A Sunday afternoon to slow down, breathe deep and head into the week feeling a little more grounded. Join us for a guided breathwork and intention-setting session designed to help you pause, reset and reconnect with yourself before the week ahead. You don’t need to know anything about breathwork. You don’t need to be “good” at meditation. And you definitely don’t need to arrive with your life figured out. Just come as you are. What to expect Guided breathwork — a facilitated breathwork practice designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself. Intention setting — take some time to reflect on what you want to carry into the week ahead and what you might be ready to leave behind. Group connection — guided activities and conversation prompts that give you the chance to connect with the people around you without the awkwardness of forced introductions. A proper Sunday reset — space to pause, reflect and leave feeling a little lighter, clearer and more present. Before we begin 5:45pm arrival | 6:00pm start Arrive from 5:45pm to settle in, grab your spot and have a little mingle before we begin. The session will kick off at 6pm, giving us plenty of time to settle into the space and switch out of weekend mode. And once the workshop wraps up, there’s no need to rush off. Stick around and keep the conversation going if you’d like to continue socialising, meet some new people and ease into your Sunday evening. Who is it for? Everyone. Especially beginners. Whether you already have a breathwork or wellness practice, or the closest you’ve come is taking three deep breaths after a chaotic week — you’re welcome here. This is an intentionally relaxed and beginner-friendly space. There’s no expectation to perform, share anything personal, or have a particular experience. You can participate at your own pace. Come solo, bring a friend, or come ready to meet someone new. What to bring All equipment is supplied, so you just need to bring yourself and wear something comfortable that you can relax and move in.
