A Loud Silence: Letting Go

We carry heavy stones for so long, we forget how to walk light. Join us for a deep sound journey to drop the weight. Letting Go Not everything needs to come with you. As the year begins to move towards its final months, this is an evening to slow down and make a little space. We all carry things with us — thoughts we keep returning to, conversations we've replayed, expectations, responsibilities, plans, and things that perhaps haven't turned out quite the way we imagined. Sometimes we don't even realise how much we're holding onto. Letting Go is an hour of guided meditation and Tibetan sound, created simply as a space to pause, listen and notice what it feels like to carry a little less. There is nothing you need to work out or resolve during the session. Just come as you are, lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to come to you. The session will begin with a short guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound experience using Tibetan singing bowls and other acoustic instruments. Arrival Info: Doors open 10 minutes before we begin. Please arrive on time - late entry will not be possible once we start, to honour the space for everyone. Pricing: This is a pay-what-you-can event. Contribute what feels right for you.
