Lioness Women's Circle AWAKEN - Breathwork, Cacao, Reiki & Rhythm

An immersive women’s circle to pause, breathe, receive and reconnect through cacao, breathwork, Reiki and rhythm. AWAKEN is an immersive women’s circle created to help you pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with grounding and ceremonial cacao, followed by gentle somatic movement to open the body. From there, you’ll be guided through an immersive conscious connected breathwork journey supported by layered sound, music and gentle facilitation with Reiki woven throughout the experience. As the breathwork comes to a close, we’ll slow everything down with Reiki, rhythm and drumming, allowing time to integrate before moving into journalling, tea, light refreshments and connection. The heart of AWAKEN This first Lioness Circle is about reconnecting with what is already within you: Strength. Softness. Courage. Connection. Self-trust. There is strength in softness. There is courage in vulnerability. And we were never meant to carry everything alone. For women wanting some space away from the constant doing and giving. No previous experience with breathwork, meditation, cacao, Reiki or women’s circles is needed. Just come as you are. What to bring Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, plus warm socks or an extra layer if you tend to get cold. A journal will be gifted to you on the day. 🤍 Breathwork & wellbeing Conscious connected breathwork can be physically and emotionally activating. You are always in control and can slow, pause or return to natural breathing at any time. Breathwork may not be suitable for everyone.
