9D Breathwork Letting Go & LIVE Sound Bath

Profound 9D Breathwork meets a blissful LIVE sound bath in one of Perth’s cosiest studios. Release, soften, integrate BREATHE 9D × KALI COLLECTIVE9D Breathwork. Live Sound Healing. One very special saturday evening. Imagine experiencing one of 9D Breathwork’s most profound and loved journeys, Letting Go and then, instead of getting up and heading back into the world, you slip off your headphones, sink a little deeper into the cosy plush studio bed and allow the sounds of a 40-minute live sound bath to wash over you as you rest and integrate. All within the beautiful cocoon that is Kali Collective Sound Healing Studio. Yep. We’re doing it. FIRST, WE LET GO. 9D Breathwork is a multi-sensory experience where somatic breath meets immersive soundscapes, guided coaching and powerful visualisations, designed to help you get out of your head, into your body and create space for meaningful change. For this collab, we’re bringing out the GOAT - Letting Go. This powerful journey uses predominantly open-mouth conscious connected breathing and invites you to explore the things you’ve been carrying; stress, emotion, old stories, resentment, patterns, pressure and whatever else might be ready to move. You don’t need to know what needs to come up. You don't need to force anything. You breathe. Your body does the rest. THEN, WE INTEGRATE. When the breathwork session ends, you'll be gently guided to remove your headphones, get comfortable and stay exactly where you are. For the next 40 minutes, Kali Collective will guide us through a live sound bath as you rest, soften and integrate the experience. From activation and release... into stillness, sound and deep rest.. This is a very intentionally currated chance to take your body and mind on a journey your nervous system will truly thank you for as we move into the busiest part of the year. WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE ✨ Emotional and somatic release ✨ A powerful shift out of your thinking mind and into your body ✨ Space to explore and release old patterns, emotions and tension ✨ Deep relaxation and down-regulation ✨ Time and space to integrate after an activating breathwork experience ✨ Greater clarity, connection and presence ✨ That delicious where-am-I-and-what-day-is-it level of post-session bliss And as always, you can't do this wrong... You’ll be guided through the breathing technique before we begin and shown how to lean into the experience or pull back and soften your breath whenever your body asks you to. You set the depth. Your body guides the rest. ---------- JUST 18 BEDS. This isn't a regular Breathe 9D session and capacity is intentionally intimate. There are 18 beds only. Once they're full, they're full. If you've been waiting to experience 9D Breathwork, already know and love Letting Go, or simply want to experience breathwork and live sound healing together in one of Perth's most incredible spaces... This is the one. Come as you are, and experience something truly life-changing. ---------- What to Bring?
