Conservation with Friends of Wireless Hill - September 2026

NB: You need to be a current UWA student to register for this event. Friends of Wireless Hill is a volunteer group dedicated to conserving and protecting the bushland of Wireless Hill Park, an A-class reserve in the City of Melville. The Friends group aims to rehabilitate the bushland and maintain its biodiversity. Event Details: • Activity Time: Tuesdays 8:30am-11:30am • Location: Wireless Hill Park, Almondbury Road, Ardross If you use the app what3words, the meeting place is cans.spoon.sank If you come later and can’t see anyone, please call Graham on 0417 174 053 and he will come meet you. (Please call rather than send an SMS as he is not always aware of the arrival of messages) • Getting There: Make Your Own Way There • What To Wear: Please wear bush-safe clothing including long sleeves, long pants, enclosed shoes with socks, garden gloves (if you have) and a hat. We also recommend bringing some water and wearing sunscreen on the day. Bushcare tools and guidance will be provided. • Food: Morning tea will be available from 10:30.
