DANCE x BREATHE - in collaboration with Lucy Whitfield

💙 DANCE x BREATHE Join us for a Sunday morning designed to get you out of your head and back into your body. We’ll begin with a guided contemporary dance session led by dance teacher Lucy Whitfield —a space to let go, move freely and feel alive in your body. No dance experience needed - just come as you are, move and have fun! From movement, we’ll slow things down and move into a guided breathwork journey, giving your body and nervous system space to regulate and relax deeply. We’ll finish with ceremonial cacao and guided journaling — a moment to integrate, reflect and connect before closing the morning together. Depending on the weather, you’re more than welcome to stay afterwards for a social walk to the beach & an ocean dip. Sunday, 1st November 11 AM–1 PM $39 per ticket Form Society Scarborough - Upstairs, Unit 8/23-27 Scarborough Beach Road, Scarborough WA 6019 Please wear comfortable clothes and bring your yoga mat, a pillow/blanket if you want to be more comfortable during the breathwork, your journal (if you have one), water bottle and swimmers/towel if you’d like to join the ocean dip.
