Alongside conscious connected breathing, I work with meditation, rhythm, drumming, shamanic tools and energy awareness to create a deeply held space where your own healing intelligence can unfold naturally. With only four participants, each person receives individual attention while still experiencing the unique power of breathing together in a small group. About Your Facilitator I'm a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with over 450 hours of training and more than 11 years of experience. I'm also a Professional Member and former Secretary of the Australian Breathwork Association.
