Flow with Sound

Gentle flowing movement with sound bowls combined with sound bath relaxation. Flow with Sound is a small group movement and sound journey for women held in my cosy home studio in Duncraig. Start your day by gently moving your body. I'll guide you through flowing stretches that are rhythmic and a more feminine style to really sink into your body and listen to how she feels. Soothing music and sound bowls will be played while we move in a meditative way. Then the second half of the session we lay back for deep relaxation with sound journey. The frequencies played during the sound bath allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax. Sound Meditation is a beautiful tool to ease stress or anxiety, to find a deeper connection to yourself and allow for a more embodied peace. This is session is suitable for a range of abilities and you can take the movement at your own pace and comfortability. Flow with Sound is held fortnightly on Tuesday mornings. I also hold other special events, private group sessions and 1:1 options. Love to have you along. Ali x
