This moon is spotlighting the fact we need to seek this inside of ourselves first: only then will it become easier for you to find peace and tranquility and stability, in the outside world. Taurus asks: What truly makes me feel safe, grounded and nourished? This sound journey provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on what this means to you, and release what no longer serves you. Sound Healing has been present in cultures for thousands of years. The benefits of sound on human cells are scientifically documented (quantum physics) - as much as it is an alternate form of healing and well-being. Sound healing uses sound wave frequencies which create a process called entrainment. As the body is made up of largely water (and sound can travel through water 4x faster than through air) this process of entrainment naturally affects the internal organs, nervous system and brainwaves in the human body. Creating a synchronistic rhythm of attunement - which instigates a response in the physical body, and the energetic biofield. Never been to a group sound session before? You’re invited to lie down on a mat (provided) with your blanket (you bring) and eye masks (you also bring) for additional sensory deprivation, in a cosy and magical bell tent with fairy lights. After the initial short guided mediation using the Taurus Full Moon as reflection ; the sound bath will begin. I use a mix of instruments including crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, gong and rainmakers. Where is this held? This group sound bath held in a beautiful bell tent in Quinns Rocks, is a bespoke and intimate setting, with a max number of 8 people. Perfect for stressed nervous systems in need of safe space and calm. It is not recommended to attend if you are in the first trimester or final weeks of pregnancy.
