Join Deirbhle (Orenda Follaine) for an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound Healing under the Full Moon on Monday 26th October. This month’s Full Moon carries the theme of Ground | Release | Reconnect — an invitation to slow down, return to the body, acknowledge what is nourishing you, gently release what you no longer need to carry, and create space for what truly matters. The evening will begin with a short guided reflection and journaling practice inspired by the energy of the Full Moon, followed by a simple release ritual to help you consciously set down what feels heavy, outdated, or complete. Deirbhle will then guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey — a continuous, rhythmic breathing practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, deeper self-awareness, and reconnection to the body. The session will flow into a deeply restorative Sound Healing experience with crystal singing bowls, allowing the body and mind to soften, integrate, and settle into a state of deep rest.
