This Week's Invitation ✨ Meeting the wisdom of your heart This special heart-centred journey will begin with a gentle cacao ceremony and guided journalling experience before the breathwork begins — creating space to slow down, open inward, and connect with what your heart is ready to reveal. Through cacao, reflection, and the breath, you’re invited to meet this inner wisdom, to hear what your heart has been trying to whisper, and to trust the guidance that arises from within. Alongside conscious connected breathing, I work with meditation, rhythm, drumming, shamanic tools and energy awareness to create a deeply held space where your own healing intelligence can unfold naturally. With only four participants, each person receives individual attention while still experiencing the unique power of breathing together in a small group. About Your Facilitator I'm a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with over 450 hours of training and more than 11 years of experience. I'm also a Professional Member and former Secretary of the Australian Breathwork Association.
