This Soul Evening invites a reorientation toward love as a stabilising, generative force. We explore how fear dissolves when love is felt in the body as more than an emotion, but as grounded presence and conscious movement. Each Soul Evening begins with ceremonial cacao, a plant medicine to support heart-body coherence and nervous system settlement. The cacao gently opens the heart, grounds the body and enhances receptivity to subtle guidance.
