About this event
A workshop designed to move your body gently but with intention. Emotion can store itself within our bodies, and sometimes we need to move our body to help release it. A gentle Yoga class from 10am - 11am A gentle movement class with Angie from 11.15am - 12.15pm A coffee and cake after if you would like to stay and chat. Just wear some comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

If you are doing the yoga class also, please bring your mat and a small blanket or towel. No experience necessary. All emotions welcome. Join us for both or one class. Grief Wise WA is situated on Banksia Street. Blue door facing a rose garden. Parking available various places around the college.
