Through the breath, we create a compassionate space to acknowledge and release any hurt, grief, or unmet needs we may still carry around how we were — or weren’t — mothered. Rather than blame or judgment, this breathwork invites understanding, softening, and release. We gently meet what lives in the body, allowing old stories and emotional imprints to unwind in their own time. You may arrive focused on this week's theme. Alongside conscious connected breathing, I work with meditation, rhythm, drumming, shamanic tools and energy awareness to create a deeply held space where your own healing intelligence can unfold naturally. With only four participants, each person receives individual attention while still experiencing the unique power of breathing together in a small group. About Your Facilitator I'm a Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator with over 450 hours of training and more than 11 years of experience. I'm also a Professional Member and former Secretary of the Australian Breathwork Association.
