Experience the delightful mess of pottery on the wheel with your kids and learn the basics of wheel-thrown pottery in a fun workshop! Welcome to the On the Potter's Wheel Beginner Class! Come join us for a fun and playful pottery experience where you'll learn the basics of working on the potter's wheel in a small group setting. This hands-on class is perfect for children 6+ years of age - adults. We are flexable in our approach and know that sometimes the process is more meaningful than the product, and we want you to have a good time! Our pottery teacher will guide you step-by-step in the basics of wheel thrown pottery but most of all will encourage your exploration, learning cause and effect and to lean into the world of clay. Ideal for children age 6+ **** ALL children must be supervised by a parent/guardian What you will get: • Clay and tools provided • Guidance from an experienced pottery teacher • 1 pottery piece each, fired and glazed, included in your ticket price • Additional pottery firing is $15 per piece What to bring: • Apron • Towel
