Matcha x Mat

Pilates & Matcha: A Morning to Connect 🤍 Join Aurelia Events for a beautiful morning of movement, matcha and meaningful connection. Set against the coastal charm of Scarborough, this ladies-only gathering is an invitation to slow down, move your body and enjoy a morning dedicated to you. We’ll begin with a 45-minute Pilates session led by our Pilates instructor, offering the perfect opportunity to move, stretch and reset. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or a complete beginner, this is your space to show up, enjoy yourself and move at your own pace. After Pilates, we’ll ease into an hour of socialising, where you can connect with other women, enjoy matcha prepared by Soulfull Deli and graze on a thoughtfully curated grazing table prepared by Aurelia Events. Come on your own or bring a friend. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, discover a new favourite matcha or simply enjoy a slower start to your Friday, we’d love to have you there.
