🌙 moon & mná | Soma Sanctuary Hey, I’m Ray 🌞 & welcome to moon & mná! Mná translates to women in Irish. These gatherings are for all women. Beginners to yoga are always welcome. Each gathering is an invitation to connect ~ with yourself, like-minded women and nature ~ embracing flow and the magic of sisterhood under the moon. 🌙 Soma Sanctuary is a Sunday afternoon to soften, slow down and reconnect under the New Moon. 🌚 Think cosy yoga shapes, gentle body-led movement, heart-opening cacao, cooling eye gel masks and a women’s circle where you can show up exactly as you are. ✨ Your afternoon includes: • Somatic Yin yoga to reconnect with your body • Ceremonial Cacao to sip and savour • Cooling eye gel masks for an extra little moment of self-care • A women’s circle for reflection, sharing and connection • Space to rest, reset and leave feeling a little more like you 📅 Sunday 8 November | 3–5 pm Come as you are. 🫶🏻 Whether you’re new to somatic practices or simply craving a slower Sunday, you are so welcome here.
