NamaSlay, metal heads. Iron out the sore muscles from your last mosh pit with yoga/pilates while listening to some fine heavy metal! Our first few classes have been a huge hit, so don't miss this one! 1 hour class Check in 10:15am. Water & hot tea provided Parking at City of Perth Pier st (2 hrs free on weekends) 5 mins from train or 2 mins from RedCat stop 108 Murray St, East end of the Mall. 22nd Aug - Pilates with Kelly 29th Aug - Pilates with Karina 5th September - Pilates with Kelly 12th Sept - Yoga with Mish 19th September - Pilates with Karina 26th September - Pilates with Kelly 3rd October - Yoga with Mish Everyone comes at their own risk, and need to sign a consent/waiver on arrival. Under 18's welcome. Those under 16 need to be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
