Prep and Stacking class

Join us for a hands-on grooming workshop focused on prep work and stacking techniques to help you get the most out of your groom and present your work with confidence. 🛁 PREP WORKSHOP Hosted by Sarah Mischa Huang Watch an expert demonstration before getting the opportunity to put the techniques into practice yourself. The prep session will cover practical techniques, tips and tricks to help improve your preparation and set your dog up for a better finish. Participant spaces are limited to just 5 groomers, giving each participant the opportunity to work hands-on with their own dog under guidance. Spectators are also welcome to attend and watch the demonstration and participant session. Please note: Participation in this workshop is an $20 add on - please don’t forget to purchase a spectator ticket. Only DGA members are eligible to participate in the hands-on component. Participants must bring their own suitable dog. 🐩 STACK WORKSHOP Hosted by Sarah Griffiths Learn more about stacking and presentation, including how to position and present your dog to best showcase your grooming work. This session will include demonstrations, tips and practical guidance that you can take back to the salon and incorporate into your everyday grooming. The Stack session is spectator-only, so grab a seat, bring your questions and watch the techniques being demonstrated. EVENT DETAILS This workshop is designed for groomers of all experience levels, whether you’re looking to refine your existing skills, pick up some new techniques or simply spend the day learning alongside fellow groomers.
