Rest, Recharge & Realign ✨ Laura, Jaimon and Missy will guide you through a restorative experience of slow Yin movement, peaceful sound meditations and reiki relaxation. ~tea & fruit hangs and chats to finish ♥️ Slow Yin Movement Laura is 'Of The Earth Yoga' offering yin yoga and vinyasa in North Perth and Scarborough, and a fellow student of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture. We are honoured for Laura to bring her grounding presence and nurturing flow to this space. Sound Meditation Jaimon creates ecotherapy soundscapes sharing the grounding and healing sounds of nature 🌿 As a qualified Sound Healing practitioner, he plays an array of instruments including crystal and Tibetan bowls, tongue drum, wind chimes and vocals together with a meditation that guides to Peace Within. 🧘🏻‍♂️ Missy has personally received the positive benefits of the deeply relaxing 1:1 sessions with Jaimon and has invited him to collaborate in holding a peacefull, loving, safe space for our local community 🥰 Reiki Relaxation Missy is a Reiki Master of 'Open Heart Journey' and a student of Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture. Since 2021, she has held space for Reiki 1:1 and in ceremony in Perth's Northern Suburbs and Margaret River. Whilst you lay in shavasana during the Sound Meditation, with consent Missy will go around using hands-on Reiki to promote deep calmness and assist shifting stagnant energy. Important information: *Parking is limited at venue and street parking, please leave early to allow enough time as late-arrivers will not be permitted as it will disturb the space. ~doors open 5:55pm ~doors close 6:05pm ~intention setting & gentle grounding practices guided by Missy ~a complete Yin Yoga flow to connect breath-body-mind by Laura -experience deep relaxation in shavasana with Sound Meditations by Jaimon and consented hands-on Reiki by Missy ~gentle close with fresh fruit and teas for hangs & chats ♥️ What to bring: ~ thick Yoga mat, head pillow, bolster or pillow for under knees, blankets, layers for comfort ~mug for tea ~ water bottle ~ an open heart ready to receive Standard: $55 + bf Bring a friend: $100 for two • Only pay 50% of booking fee, we pay half of it!
