Rise and Shine - midweek morning movement

Rise and Shine midweek morning movement One hour of free form conscious dance where we will gently awaken the body and begin our day with some slow, fluid movement. This is a midweek ‘pause’ to help you refocus and reconnect to your body as it is in the moment, tuning in and exploring what may be beneath the skin. Each week you will be invited to move with an inspired ‘theme’ or you can simply follow your own inner guidance and curiosity, supported by the music. ********************************* 6.30 - Doors open - Warm Up -enter through the back door off Nestobrae Lane. 6.40 - Doors close promptly - Opening Circle -please arrive on time so we may all journey together. 6.45-7.20 - Dance Exploration 7.25 - Settle and Closing Circle ***************************** This is strictly a drug, alcohol and smoke free space. Please no shoes, no talking and no phones on the dance floor and please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.
