Shamanic Breathwork Journey | Calling in Trust

Trust isn't something you find....it's something you remember. Join us to breathe, reconnect and remember that trust is within you. Sometimes the answers you're searching for aren't found by thinking harder... they're found by breathing deeper. Join me for an intimate Shamanic Breathwork Journey where you'll be guided beyond the noise of the mind and into the wisdom that already lives within you. This isn't simply a breathing technique. It's a deeply supported inner journey where conscious connected breathing, rhythm, meditation and intuitive guidance invite you beyond the thinking mind and into a place of clarity, release and connection. 🌟This Week's Invitation - Calling In Trust When life feels uncertain, our instinct is often to think harder, push more or hold on tighter. This journey is an invitation to do something different. Through the breath, you'll be invited to soften, let go of the need to control, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you—the part that already knows you are supported. Whether you arrive seeking trust, healing, rest or simply space to breathe, you'll receive exactly the journey you're ready for. But here's something I've learnt after holding space for hundreds of journeys... The breath has its own intelligence. You may arrive focused on this week's theme. You may arrive carrying something completely different. Either way, you'll be met exactly where you are and invited into exactly the journey you're ready for. This Journey May Be For You If... • You're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or mentally exhausted. • You're craving clarity or a deeper connection with yourself. • You're ready to gently release emotions you've been carrying. • You simply want to slow down, breathe and be supported. No previous breathwork experience is needed—just a willingness to show up exactly as you are. What Makes These Journeys Different? Every journey is intuitively guided. Alongside conscious connected breathing, I work with meditation, rhythm, drumming, shamanic tools and energy awareness to create a deeply held space where your own healing intelligence can unfold naturally. With only four participants, each person receives individual attention while still experiencing the unique power of breathing together in a small group. Your Afternoon Includes • Opening circle and intention setting • Guided or shamanic meditation • An approximately 80-minute Shamanic Breathwork Journey • Grounding and integration • Time to share (if you wish) Investment 🌿 $95 per person Limited to just 4 participants to ensure every person is deeply supported. Everything is provided—simply wear comfortable clothing and bring an open heart.
