Mental Wellness & You is a workshop is a safe space that is curated for CALD populations. As a second edition of the workshop we look deeper into mental health with a focus on it being interactive. There will be many activities, open discussions, support and what that looks like and tailored wellbeing tools that individuals can walk away. Food and beverages will be provided 🍱🥤
