Join Sarah, Yin Yoga teacher and Reiki Practitioner, and Acupuncturist Lucie for a deeply nourishing experience weaving together Yin Yoga, Acupuncture and Reiki. Inspired by the elements of spring, we’ll explore themes of renewal, growth, movement and letting go, creating space for the body, mind and energy to gently shift with the season. Through the stillness of Yin, the ancient wisdom of Acupuncture and the subtle energy of Reiki, this is an invitation to release what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself and make space for what wants to bloom 🌱✨ No previous experience with Yin, Acupuncture or Reiki is needed.
