LYF Club - Move, Reflect & Connect

An evening to come back to yourself 💜 Join us for the next LYF Club at The Glow Circuit on Thursday 29th October. An evening created for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and intentionally make space for the month ahead. Think cacao, red light, gentle yoga, guided reflection, intention setting and meaningful connection all brought together in a warm, welcoming space with women who want to grow, connect and cheer each other on. Your evening ✨ We’ll begin by coming together over cacao, giving you a chance to arrive, settle into the space and connect with the women around you. From there, we’ll move through a gentle yoga flow under The Glow Circuit’s red lights. Slowing down, breathing and creating space to reconnect with yourself. After yoga, you’ll receive your own LYF Club reflection pack, filled with Let Yourself Flow-inspired prompts to guide you through looking back and moving forward with intention. You’ll set intentions, think about what you’re working towards and finish by making a promise to yourself for the month ahead. And you’ll be doing it alongside a room of women doing the same. More than an evening of wellness LYF Club was created because I wanted somewhere we could regularly come back to ourselves without the pressure to constantly be doing, achieving or becoming more. Since moving to Perth from the UK, I’ve realised just how important genuine connection is. The kind of friendships where you can talk about what you really want from life. Where someone remembers the thing you said you wanted to do, asks you how it went and genuinely celebrates when you do it. And from years of working as a Personal Trainer and coach, I also know how easy it is to say “this month I’ll…” only for life to get busy and another month to fly by. LYF Club brings those two things together. A regular space to pause, reflect, reconnect and ask yourself: How am I actually doing? What do I need? What do I want? What am I working towards? And a community of women beside you while you figure it out. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Just a welcoming space to choose yourself, grow together and make genuine connections along the way.
