Settle in for an hour of meditation and immersive sound using crystal bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments. Sound meditation can support relaxation, quieten a busy mind, and encourage deep meditative state. You may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, emotional release or you may even fall asleep.......snores mean you have reached expert relaxation level :-) What to Bring • Yoga mat, foldable chair, or a cushion to sit on • Pillow and Blanket • Water • Ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound • An open mind and heart • Leave the dogs at home please donate to SABBR rescue via the donations tab.
