Sound Healing Perth - Letting Go

Letting Go Sound Journey A sound journey created to help you let go of what no longer serves you and practice detachment. Letting Go Sound Journey Join me for a crystal singing bowl sound journey centred around the practice of letting go. We all carry things that were never meant to stay forever. Stress, expectations, fear, old stories, emotions and the constant busyness of everyday life. Over time, they can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply weighed down. This session is an opportunity to pause and create space. Through a guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you'll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation where you can soften your mind, reconnect with your body and begin releasing whatever no longer serves you. There is nothing you need to force or fix. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest. Whether you're letting go of a difficult week, limiting beliefs or simply the need to always be doing something, this evening is an invitation to breathe, surrender and leave feeling lighter. This session is suitable for both beginners and those who have experienced sound healing before. What to bring • A pillow and blanket, if you'd like some extra comfort • A journal and pen if you'd like to reflect after the session Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets will be provided.
