Let the busyness of the week (& weekend!) fall away as crystal singing bowls, chimes and gentle frequencies create a tranquil space for your body and mind to unwind. $30 · 10 spaces, intentionally limited •HELD AT• Studio Zenn Healing 96 Bridgewater Drive, Kallaroo (Limited verge and driveway parking, along with street parking in the cul de sac opposite is available) •TIME• Arrive from 5:45pm, settle onto your mat and be ready for stillness by 5:55pm. •WHAT TO BRING• Please bring a blanket, pillow and anything else that will make your nest feel deliciously cosy & comfy for your time resting. •YOUR HOST• My name is Claire, & I’ll your host for this series of tranquil nights. My background spans over 25 years of working in health and holistic therapies, I bring together my background as a critical care Registered Nurse, Usui Reiki Master, Clinical Reflexologist, Master of Clinical Aromatherapy & Massage therapist alongside my advanced training as a Sound Therapist, training with Shantika International Institute of Integrative Wellness in beautiful Thailand. I specialise in women’s holistic healthcare and love nothing more than seeing the peace & contentment return to the souls, faces and energies of the gorgeous ladies who choose to receive their energy therapies from me at Studio Zenn Healing ~ and I am so looking forward to holding space for you too. •MOBILITY• Twilight tones are held up a flight of stairs. 2 lounges are available for those who have difficulty in laying . Please contact me to reserve a lounge for your session. •AGES 16+• Twilight tones are a child free event with respect to the comfort and experience of all guests. Younger teens are welcome if able to lay quietly and still for the duration of our sound bath and entry is via their own ticket. Private /family sessions are available on request.
