Sunday Reset | Sound Healing & Meditation

A gentle pause between the week that’s been and the week ahead. As the weekend comes to a close and a new week awaits, give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Join me for a gentle sound healing and guided meditation experience, created to help you unwind from the week that’s been and welcome the week ahead with a greater sense of calm and presence. Settle comfortably into your space as the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments fill the room, accompanied by a gentle guided meditation. Allow yourself to pause, let go of the busyness of everyday life, and simply be. 🪷 Your Sunday Moment 🌀 Unwind and relax after the week that’s been 🌀 Find moments of stillness and calm 🌀 Reconnect with yourself and the present moment 🌀 Reflect on the past week with kindness 🌀 Set an intention for the week ahead Every experience is different.
