Hosted by Zyann’s Haven and Namaste Soul, this experience creates space for you to pause, breathe deeply, release what is no longer serving you and reconnect with yourself. Wrapped within the comfort of your floating hammock cocoon, you’ll be invited to soften, surrender and simply be. You will be guided on how to comfortably enter, sit or recline within the hammock, with options available to support different comfort levels. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and unwind. You are also welcome to bring a blanket and pillow for extra warmth and comfort if desired. 🤍 We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space, ground your energy and ease into the experience.
