The Last Flow ~ Beach Yoga

Join us for sunrise yoga at Leighton Beach, followed by an ocean dip, coffee, brekkie and one last morning together. One last flow, together... 🧘🏼‍♀️🌊 Before I say goodbye to Australia, I couldn’t leave without sharing one last morning with our community. We’ll meet at Leighton Beach, in front of The Beach Bus, for a 60-minute morning yoga flow by the ocean moving, breathing and soaking up one of those Perth mornings I’m going to miss so much! 🥺 And we’re not rushing home afterwards! After class, you’re invited to stay for an ocean dip and brekkie or coffee together by the beach. I’ll bring picnic mats so we can sit, eat, chat, hug, laugh and spend a little more time together before we say goodbye.
