Thursday Unwind - Yin & Yang evenings at Heartplace

Join me on Thursday evenings to unwind from the week in a cozy cave, with mindful movement, deep restorative rest, sound & tea! Classes alternate between Yin & Yang classes, and Yin Yoga classes. What is included? • Yin & Yang Beginning with dynamic movement, flowing through sequences with breath, gently building warmth, shifting energy and finding a flow state or moving meditation. As the body warms and energy moves, we transition into restful Yin shapes, turning awareness inwards. Allowing our mind and energy to settle as we ease into stillness and deep, restorative rest. • Yin Yoga A great way to unwind the week. Decluttering the mind & body from stored unprocessed experiences and emotions that live in the body. A space to completely relax and rest in nourishing shapes, supported by props like bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc. • Sound Healing Elements Chimes, crystal bowls, Tibetian bowls, seed pod shaker, etc will be used throughout classes, helping you to drop into a deeper state of inner peace & rest. • Tea Sipping a cup of warm tea slows us down. Enjoy a warm cup of tea throughout the class. Feel free to bring your insulated mug for keeping tea warm.
