Balanced Mornings includes: Group Breathwork & Guided Meditation Experience with Sound OPTIONAL Ice Bath Experience (up to 3 minutes) Magnesium Bath Infrared Sauna Guided Cacao Ceremony Connection & Sharing for Integration of the awareness, downloads and wisdom obtained from the experience PLEASE NOTE – THIS IS A CHILD FREE EVENT If you do have a child who is of an age where they can sit quietly they are most welcome to come along and sit inside, please ensure you let Stacey know about this however - 0418134883 Balanced Mornings Venue Our location is a private home, there is ample street parking available 21 Yoomba Crescent, Alexandra Headland, QLD 4572 * **PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY to ensure we can get started right on time PLEASE NOTE: Some GPS maps get confused by our address as we are technically a double frontage, but Maps does not recognize this. If you find you end up around the corner on Woonum street (the street directly behind us) , simply put 25 Yoomba crescent in your maps and you will be redirected back around the corner. Just remember to come into 21 Yoomba, we'll have a sign out the front and the letter box is clearly marked with 21. What is Provided? Ice Bath, Sauna, Mag Bath Cacao for our ceremony Herbal Tea & Refreshments Friendly Chihuahua cuddles Please bring with you: Towel Water bottle Warm clothing to wear if you are ice bathing Socks and a blanket if the weather is cold for your breath and cacao ceremony ***Please note, all our events are performed undercover so events will go ahead, rain, hail or shine. ARRIVAL TIME Our venue door will be open 10 minutes prior to our start time. Its great if you can arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can settle you in with a cup of tea and find your spot, ensuring we start on time and finish on time. Bookings are Essential and must be obtained through this Eventbrite link only We are strictly limited to 16 places in order to ensure comfort and flow for all attendees and we are able to adhere to the 90-minute allotted time frame, so please register your ticket. SOCIAL MEDIA Photo's and videos are often taken at the event to be used on Social media, but if you would prefer to be kept off these, simply let us know (we'll ask again on the day) and we'll respect your privacy and ensure your image is not used or taken OUR REFUND POLICY There is no refund available on tickets, but we are happy to transfer your ticket to another event with 48 hours notice • If you are able to give us 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend, we are able to transfer your ticket to an alternative event (of the same value) at no extra cost.
