Soulful Sunday Retreat Day

Join us for the ultimate Soulful Sunday 🌞 A nourishing day retreat intentionally designed to help women slow down, reset and reconnect ❤️ Start your Sunday slow, arriving at 10am at this beautiful space in Doonan, immersed in nature. We will begin with a gentle Breathwork and meditation to calm the mind. Then unwind in the warmth of the sauna, allowing your body to soften and release any toxins. Enjoy a deeply relaxing 10 minute neck, shoulders and back massage. Connect on the lawn and get creative with our art therapy. Finishing with a gentle Yin Yoga and sound healing journey, leaving you floating on a cloud ☁️ Then it’s a quick outfit change and off to lunch at The Doonan where you will connect with 16 beautiful likeminded women, for a fun day out, with live music, delicious food and drinks 💃🏼 Come fill your cup and make new friends ❤️ If you’re nervous about coming alone, just message me, I got you!
