Call to Coherence

Together with live mixed music 🎶, we’ll follow the sound through breath, beginner-friendly yoga and guided movement, before opening into freer movement as the rhythm builds. Then we’ll slow it all down, finishing with an extended crystal bowl sound bath. ✨ Did I hear an exhale? 😮‍💨 💛 Move as little or as much as you like, there’s no right way to participate. Move with the sound, or simply close your eyes and experience the resonance of the crystal bowls and didgeridoo in stillness. 🌿 Registration prior to the event is required.
