Embodied Flow- Somatic Dance and Intentional Movement

Join me on an intentional journey into your body through dance and somatic movement to clear blocks and feel deeply into your body and being. I am Melanie, I have over 25 years experience as a dancer, but it is only since becoming a mother 10 years ago that I began my journey into true embodiment. Prior to that I would be performing somewhere above my body for the most part and deeply feeling the music, but not myself in relation to it. I invite you on this explorative journey, which is a weekly event, where we will expand our capacity to feel and be with our bodies. We will connect our styles of movement and flow in relation to the earthly elements, beginning with the element of water. These classes are open to all abilities and fitness levels. They intend to leave you feeling deeply grounded and enlivenlived as you begin each weekend. Exchange is $28 ($25 cash) for General Admission.
