He’s passion and unique teaching methods, will leave you inspired to take-on everything covered in the course, confident in the outcome of your creations at home. His vast knowledge of gut health, diet, nutrition and detoxing, will be generously shared, opening up possibilities for you to become the master of YOUR own health. Prior to running the Fermenting Workshops, he was an avid motor-head, working on racing teams around the world (F1, Indycars, V8's, Rally's etc), and he was an accomplished Rally Navigator, winning numerous events. What a change it is to be where he is now, and thank-goodness he is teaching us how to eat healthier and to be healthy.
