A little about our hosts: Waves of Kindness is a Noosa-based charity dedicated to supporting local individuals and families experiencing hardship through practical assistance, essential services and the community programs we provide, including Emergency Relief, our on-site Care Centre, School Brekky Club and School Supports Program, all delivered with kindness and compassion. Our two community opp shops, located in Noosaville and Cooroy, play a vital role in raising funds to support these programs, with every purchase helping us give back to our local community. In 2025 alone, our School Brekky Club provided more than 90,000 meals across 13+ local schools, we supported 595+ individuals and families through our Emergency Relief Program, provided 1,200+ support visits through our on-site Care Centre, and contributed to 7 major community projects in collaboration with other local organisations. Funds raised through our opp shops and fundraising initiatives go directly back into our local community through our programs and support services, making a real difference to those who need it most.
