Discovery & Play

Discovery & Play Rediscover the joy of being creative - an uplifting introductory workshop that welcomes participants into the heart of Kriyaness philosophy. Where creativity becomes the pathway to wellbeing, connection and self discovery. I genuinely welcome all ages from 18+ and creatives abilities. A gentle and engaging space inviting YOU to slown down, breathe, reconnect with YOUR natural curiousity through mindfulness, natured- inspired practices and playful creative espression(s). You don't need to be an artist. Come as you are kind of space. Bring a friend and share the experience together. Celebrating the creative process rather than the final outcome. A safe and inclusive space where everyone is encouraged to explore, express and enjoy the experience, at The Soul Song Temple- Healing Arts | 5 element space.
