Join us for a feel-good morning of movement, community, and good vibes at the very first MSCR Pilates - Sunshine Coast! Whether you're a pilates pro or rolling out the mat for the very first time, we’d love for you to join us. Hosted by Muscle Republic and led by a dedicated instructor, this is your chance to stretch, strengthen, connect, and refuel with an amazing community. 📍 The Details • Date: Saturday, September 26 • Time: 7:45am - 9:30am • Meeting point: The grassy area off Briner Beach • Address: 106 Mooloolaba Espl, Mooloolaba QLD 4557 • Experience Level: All fitness levels and abilities are welcome! Our instructor will provide modifications so everyone feels comfortable and supported. • What to bring: BYO Pilates/yoga mat, a towel, a water bottle, and your best weekend energy! • Who to bring: Friends, family, and your workout buddies. ⏰ Event Schedule • 7:45 AM – Arrival & check-in: Sign in, find a spot to roll out your mat, meet the crew, and mingle before we get moving. • 8:00 AM – Welcome & the session begins: An official welcome from the MSCR team, followed by a guided, 45 minute full-body pilates flow to leave you feeling amazing. • 8:45 AM onwards – Post-session social: The best part! Stick around to chat, connect with the community, and enjoy post-workout juices and MSCR goodies on us!
