RUN REPUBLIC – SUNSHINE COAST Join us for a morning of movement, community, and good vibes at MSCR's Run Republic - Sunshine Coast! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to kickstart your Friday, we’d love for you to join us. Hosted by Muscle Republic, Suzanne Kennedy, and Jenna Louise, this is your chance to connect, move, and refuel with an amazing community. Plus, some special furry friends will be joining us from the Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge! 🐾💗 📍 The Details • Date: Friday, September 25 • Time: 6:15 AM - 8:30 AM • Meeting point: Buhk Family Park - Alexandra Parade, Alexandra Headland QLD 4572 • Distance: 5km community run • Pace: Social pace. All paces are welcome! We have dedicated front and "back of the pack" leaders, so don’t worry about being left behind. • Who to bring: Friends, family, and especially your doggos are all welcome (come rain, hail, or shine!). The run course is both pup and pram friendly! 👶🏼🐶 ⏰ Event Schedule • 6:15 AM – Arrival & check-in: Sign in, meet the crew, and mingle before we get moving. • 6:25 AM – Welcome & warm-up: Official welcome from Suzanne, Jenna, and our hosts, followed by a dynamic warm-up to get the legs ready! • 6:30 AM – The run begins: We hit the pavement for a beautiful, scenic community run. • 7:05 AM onwards – Post-run social: The best part! Stick around to chat, connect with the community, and enjoy post-run coffee, breaky, and MSCR goodies on us! Served by Alex Surf Club. Plus, we'll have epic recovery goodies and hydration to hand out from our friends at Gatorade, Switch Perform, and True Protein!
