September Full Moon Sonic and Sound Journey As we gather in the energy of the Full Moon, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and renew. This evening is a gentle space to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself through a brief grounding meditation to help transition smoothly into the Soothing Sonic and Sound Journey. Join us for a quiet, nourishing evening of gratitude, clarity, and inner healing. Limited spaces available to create an intimate and relaxing experience. No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are. This Sonic & Sensory Journey Includes: • Calming, 100% pure essential oil blend by Oil Garden Byron Bay to ground your senses. • Gentle brief guided meditation at the start and breath work to down-regulate your nervous system. • Soothingly Ethereal and Transcendent Vocal frequencies to balance and nurture your soul • Deep resonance and distinct soothing overtones from the Tibetan Bowls • High vibrational alignment from a 7 piece set of Crystal bowls • Transitioning through main sounds with brief textural, organic elements of Rain stick, Ocean drum, Shamanic drum, Pala beads, Ting sha and soft playful Koshi wind chimes. Other suggestions for your Ultimate Comfort • A warm cosy blanket • Other comfort items: An eye mask, cosy socks and a head pillow • Please arrive from 5PM to receive a Tibetan bowl sound cleanse before entering settling into the space before the session begins. Kindly silence your phone before entering. • Doors will close promptly at 5.29pm once the session begins to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted experience for all participants. • Free parking is available at the venue. • Contraindications: Not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy or during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. • Terms of service: Due to limited spaces and the preparation involved in each session, tickets are non-refundable. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another willing attendee. Tickets cannot be transferred to future events.
