Into the Deep - Sound for the Soul

Water knows how to hold both softness and power. It surrenders without losing its strength. It moves, changes direction, finds its way, and always returns to flow. Under the Full Moon energy, we’ll journey with the Water element, beneath the surface and into the depths. Bringing the Water element to life, you’ll be guided into deep meditative rest through the sounds and vibrations of Crystal Quartz singing bowls, ocean drum, rainstick and other sacred instruments.
