Sweet Sunday Slowness. A gentle weekend reset with nervous system nourishment. A cosy Sunday morning devoted to slowing down. Come spend your Sunday morning with me in the beautiful open, airy space upstairs at House of Alcheme — surrounded by soft candlelight, cosy comforts and the gentle frequencies of crystal sound bowls. Whether you're coming from early morning Pilates, beginning your Sunday here with us, or simply looking for a little more stillness before the holiday season — this is your invitation to to pause, receive, and simply be. Held by Brenna from Hands of Soul, you'll be guided through a restorative journey of gentle meditation and the soothing frequencies of crystal sound bowls. Beautifully woven with additional layers of resonant sounds, this is a blissfully immersive sound bath experience — inviting body and mind to soften, unwind and settle into deep rest and stillness. This is a warm and welcoming space, open to all. Women, men, all walks of life. No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Simply come as you are, and let yourself be held and guided. Together we will breathe, soften, rest, receive. After our practice, there will be a bit of time to land, stretch, journal, pull an oracle card, and enjoy some community connection for those who feel called to stay. With love, Brenna x Hands of Soul Cocoon Bundle Booking: Melt into your own cocoon space, all set up and waiting for you at the front of the room. Lush pillow-top meditation mat, soft bolster, eye pillow and cosy blanket included. Everything you need to slow down and sink in. Limited to 12 spots. Essential Booking: Your space will be prepared with a yoga mat and eye pillow. A select amount of bolsters, blankets and cushions will be available on a first-come basis. I encourage you to bring your own bolster/blanket if possible, and anything extra you'd love for your own comfort.
