Strong communities start with support. Learn the skills and confidence to recognise and respond to mental health challenges. Join us for this practical and interactive two-day Mental Health First Aid workshop. Participants will gain the knowledge, confidence and skills to recognise signs of mental health challenges, support someone experiencing distress, and guide them towards appropriate help. Whether you work with volunteers, community groups or the public, this training will help you create a safer and more supportive environment for everyone.
