Soul Singing & Sacred Sound Healing

Join Julia Williamson for an uplifting afternoon of soulful singing, conscious language, connection and immersive sacred sound, with musicians Matt Craven and flautist Troy Chapman joining Julia for the sound healing journey. There is so much going on in the world right now, and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected or simply worn down by it all. This afternoon is an opportunity to step away from the noise, connect with like-minded people and discover how something you already have — your voice — can become a powerful tool to help you feel better. Julia will guide you through soulful singing, voice activation, conscious language and simple, empowering practices you can take into everyday life. Within just a few minutes of singing, humming and using your voice consciously, you can begin to shift how you feel, settle your nervous system and lift your energy. We'll sing, connect, explore our voices, have some fun and set powerful intentions together. Then you'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and receive an immersive Sacred Sound Healing Journey, facilitated by Julia with Matt and Troy, where you can deeply relax and simply receive. Whether you love singing, want to develop more confidence in your voice, or believe you can't sing at all, you are welcome. Your Voice Creates Your Reality. Come and experience the power of your own Signature Soul Sound — and bring your sense of adventure! Please bring: • A water bottle • Yoga mat • Cushion • Light blanket, wrap or sarong for the sound healing • Comfortable clothing • Your sense of adventure! During the break, we’ll share a nourishing bliss ball and organic herbal tea. No singing experience is necessary. Whether you sing every day or haven't sung in years, you'll be warmly welcomed.
