The M Event - Midlife & Menopause

The M Event was born from one simple belief... No woman should have to navigate midlife alone. It was created to offer a warm, welcoming space where women can connect, reflect, and feel deeply seen. Through thoughtful conversations, practical support, and shared experiences, we help create moments that spark confidence and transformation. Following the outstanding success of The M Event 2025, Worth Careers & Transitions, is proud to present The M Event 2027 – Midlife & Menopause. This year’s theme is Worth • Wisdom • Wellness. Hosted at a new beachside venue, this one-day event will bring together women seeking trusted information, meaningful connections and practical solutions to thrive through midlife and beyond. Featuring inspiring speakers, curated exhibitors, wellness experiences and networking opportunities, The M Event is becoming the Sunshine Coast's premier event dedicated to women in midlife.
