Friday 27 November 2026 Location: Balmoral Reserve, Mosman 5:30am–6:15 am — Pilates 6:15am–6:45 am — Guided meditation From 6:45 am — Collagen Hydrate drinks served with individual Collagen Overnight Oats, topped with fresh strawberries & chocolate chips. Please arrive 10 minutes early, by 5:20 am, so you can settle in before class. An ATHO Club cork mat will be provided for you to use, and you’ll receive an ATHO Club Organic Cotton Club Mat Tote to take home with a thoughtfully curated gift collection from our local wellness partners.
